All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
If Casa Casada is unavailable for the dates you would like, we would be happy to refer you to other home owners in the association.
The house is for rent by the week, from 3pm on Saturday until noon the following Saturday (we need time to clean), though special arrival and departure days might be available at times, and might require an extra charge.
Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, full payment at least 2 months prior to stay. Cancellation Policy: Refund except $200 re-booking fee up to 3 months prior to stay, after that a refund if we re-rent.
Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price,
though your US$18-US$20 tip to maid at week's end is customary.
